“I believe that food is a foundation for physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Food brings people together, provides comfort, fuels our bodies down to the cellular level, plays a large role in religions from around the world, and through research has shown its importance in mental health. It is my mission to empower individuals with information that enables them to restore their own food foundation in a way that makes sense for them.”
