Epicured uses organic and locally sourced vegetables whenever possible. Chicken and turkey is antibiotic, hormone, and pesticide free from Joyce Farms. Turkey is sourced from Koch’s Turkey farms which is antibiotic-free organic turkey.

Their bacon is from Applegate Farms which produces meat with no growth hormones, antibiotics, or nitrates. Salmon is wild-caught from a local fishmonger. And beef is grass fed from a small family farm, Great Northern, in upstate New York.

Taste

For low FODMAP food, Epicured provides a unique variety of recipes including mac and cheese, fritatas and energy bites.

We loved the taste of 95% of the meals we received. You would never know that these meals are low fodmap and good for you. Taste is where Epicured shines. They are truly yummy. You don’t feel like you’re on a diet of any kind.

Yes, Epicured creates low FODMAP meal delivery options that are gluten-free backed by Mount Sinai.

Where does Epicured deliver?

Epicured delivers via private courier to the NY metro area, UPS 1 day ground to the northeast and lower New England, and UPS next day air to the rest of the continental US.

How do you heat up Epicured meals?

Remove the lid and microwave on high for one minute on high, and then at 30-second intervals until heated through.You can oven heat lasagna, mac and cheese, and frittatas at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

The Bottom Line

If you are on a low FODMAP diet, Epicured is a great option for a huge variety of prepared fresh foods delivered to your home. The taste was great, and the extra sides and snacks made it easy to follow the diet.
